Terms and Policies:

General:

1. Room rates are double occupancy including full breakfast and off-road parking.

2. Room rates may change without notice.

3. Check-in time is after 4:00pm.

4. Checkout time is before 11:00am.

5. Early check-in or luggage drop by prior arrangement only.

6. Late checkout must be pre-arranged at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to both availability and a late checkout charge ($50.00 Cdn).

7. Extended stay rates available upon request.

8. Any damage to the property (beyond normal wear and tear) will be charged to your credit card accordingly.

9. A child over 10 years of age can be accommodated only under parental supervision at Mountainside Manor; a $35.00 Cdn per night charge will be made for a rollaway bed and additional breakfast.

10. Guests are requested not to enter the kitchen and other areas designated PRIVATE.

11. Mountainside Manor operates a non-smoking policy.

12. Mountainside Manor does not cater for pets. Please inquire in advance.

13. For safety reasons, the use of propane or similar cooking or heating devices is strictly prohibited at Mountainside Manor.

14. We will endeavor to make your stay on our property pleasant and memorable. We will not be responsible for injuries or accidents, for theft or loss of valuables, or delays incurred, whether negligent or not, to yourself or any member of your party.

Bookings and Cancellations:

15. One night’s deposit is required to confirm your reservation, and this will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the date of arrival. A charge equal to 100% of the total booking value will be made upon failure to arrive (or no show).

16. A charge equal to 20% of the total booking value will be made if the booking is cancelled less than 6 weeks, but more than 2 weeks, prior to the arrival date.

17. A charge equal to 50% of the total booking value will be made if the booking is cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to the arrival date.
