From Highway 1:

Take Exit#14 (Capilano Road). Proceed up the hill (north) on Capilano Road, which will become Nancy Greene Way. Mountainside Manor is #5909, the last house on the left. There is a sign at the entranceway. It is less than 5 minutes from the highway exit.

From the U.S. Border or Vancouver International Airport through downtown Vancouver:

Follow highway 99 north through downtown to cross Lion's Gate Bridge. Take North Vancouver / Capilano Road exit, the first exit after the bridge. Turn left at the first traffic light (Capilano Road). Go uphill (north) on Capilano Road, passing Capilano Suspension Bridge, and Cleveland Dam to the last house on your left just before Grouse Mountain Skyride. Capilano Road becomes Nancy Greene Way after Cleveland Dam.

By Public Transportation from Downtown:

Take the Seabus across the inlet to North Vancouver. Board #236 (Grouse Mountain) bus at the Seabus terminal. Ask the bus driver to stop at Mountainside Manor B&B just before Grouse Mountain.
